Edwin McCain, Jim Quick & Coastline, The Tim Clark Band, Mister Fifties, and Matty & Sicily Russo along with DJ Eddie C will fill the bill for the 2017 Salt Air Jam. The North Myrtle Beach Park & sports Complex Amphitheater will host this full afternoon of entertainment on May 19th, 2017. Gates open at 1 PM and Mister Fifties will take the stage at 2 PM followed by Jim Quick & Coastline, The Tim Clark Band, and Edwin McCain. If you were at the 2016 Salt Air Jam you got to know Matty Russo and his beautiful and talented daughter Sicily. Matty and Sicily will fill the gaps between groups as an acoustic duo.
The Salt Air Jam was founded to benefit Cystic Fibrosis. As we grow this event, we're striving to bring variety to the stage. We're thrilled to include Edwin McCain as this year's headliner. Edwin has been called "the great American romantic" by the New York Times. His hit songs, authentic spirit, and surprisingly affable sense of humor keep fans coming back time and time again for nights that feel more like parties with old friends than rock concerts. After recording two of the biggest love songs in the history of pop music, McCain now performs upwards of 100 shows annually throughout the US as a solo artist, with his full band or his acoustic trio. McCain will perform at the Salt Air Jam with his full band.
Tickets are on sale now at http://saltairjam.com/order-tickets. A donation to the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation will be made from the proceeds of this concert.
New for 2017, the Salt Air Jam will include a charity golf tournament. The Salt Air Jam Charity Scramble will be hosted by DiamondBack Golf Club at Woodland Valley in Loris, SC. A portion of each entry to the golf tournament will go directly to the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation.
